Carl H. Blosser, 123 Boyd Avenue, died this morning at his home. He was 54 years old.

He was born on Jan. 17, 1902, a son of the late Benjamin B. and Fannie F. Cornman Blosser. He was employed at the Frog, Switch and Manufacturing Co., for more than 35 years and was a foreman in the steel foundry.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Edna Heberlig Blosser; five daughters, Mrs. Charles Stine and Mrs. Joseph Ciuffo, Carlisle; Mrs. Leon Showers, Gardners; Mrs. William Weigle, Bloserville, and Dorothy Blosser, at home; seven sons, Lester, Marlin, Kenneth and Carl Jr., all of Carlisle; Sheldon, U.S. Air Force stationed in Florida, and Benjamin and Dean, both at home; two sisters, Mrs. Lester W. Trostle and Mrs. Carson H. Keller, both of RD1, Gardners, and eight grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock in the Lutz-Hoffman Funeral Home, 219 North Hanover Street. Rev. William R. Marloy will officiate. Burial will be in Kutz's Cemetery. Friends may call on Wednesday night at the funeral home.

Funeral services for Carl H. Blosser, 54, Carlisle, who died at his home Monday, will be held Thursday at 2:30 p.m. from the funeral home at 219 Hanover St., Carlisle, with the Rev. William R. Marlow officiting. Burial in Kutz's Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday night at the funeral home.

For the past 25 years Mr. Blosser has been employed by the Frog, Switch and Mfg. Company, Carlisle. He was a foreman in the steel foundry.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Edna H. Herberling Blosser; five daughters, Mrs. Charles Stine, Mrs. Joseph Ciuffo, Carlisle; Mrs. Leon Showers, Gardners; Mrs. William Weigler, Bloserville, and Miss Dorothy Blosser, at home; seven sons, Lester, Marlin, Kenneth, and Carl Jr., all of Carlisle; Sheldon, U.S. Air Force, stationed in Florida, and Benjamin and Dean, at home; two sisters, Mrs. Lester W.
