George C. Blosser, 51, of 160 West Park Street, local beverage distributor, died this morning at his home after a lingering illness.
He was a veteran of World War I and was a member of the American Legion, Post 101; Elks, Fraternal Order of Eagles, Loyal Order of Moose, Improved Order of Red Men and White Circle Lodges, all of Carlisle, and the Mechanicsburg Club.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Rinehart Blosser; three sons, Harold and Donald, both of Carlisle, and Robert, at home; a grandson, Donald Leroy, Jr.; his mother, Mrs. Fannie Blosser, Carlisle R.D. 1; a brother, Carl Blosser, Carlisle, and two sisters, Mrs. Lester Trostle and Mrs. Carson Keller, both of Carlisle R.D. 1.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Lutz Funeral Home.

Services for George C. Blosser, 160 West Park Street, who died on Wednesday, were held Friday afternoon, with burial in Kutz's Cemetery. Rev. Joseph H. Miller officiated. The pallbearers were Millard Day, John Vance, Harold Trostle, Earl Klucker, Lenus Sunday, Jesse Hays, Frank Gouffer and J. Clinton Sheaffer.
