Mr. Blosser, (77) lived in Bloomsburg, Pa. but died in Geisinger Mediacl Center, Danville, Pa. He was a resident of his Scott Twp. home for a yar and a half and formerly lived in Orangeville, Pa. for many years. He was the son of the late Carl and Edna (Heberling) Blosser. He attended the Carlisle schools and served with the U.S. Army 33rd Infantry during World War II. He was a member of the Columbia Valley Moose Lodge #623, the Bloomsburg VFW Post #804, and the Catawissa American Legion Post #541. Mr Blosser was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years Catherine (Price) Blosser on April 22, 2001; a daughter Deborah Kay Hopper; and 5 siblings, Marlin Blosser, Sheldon Blosser, Dale Blosser, Alma Sheaffer and Frances Miller. Survivors are 2 daughters, Sandra Neeb (Clyde) Bloomsburg and Lesley Lewis (Harry) of Buckhorn; one son Lester R. Blosser, Jr. (&Kathleen), with whom he risided; 8 grandchildren and 5 gr-grandchildren; 4 brothers, Ken Blosser (Carol), of Carlisle Springs, Pa. Dean Blosser (Sandy), Ben Blosser and June Blosser, all of Carlisle; three sisters, Betty Mearkle of Carlisle, Dorothy Bricker of Camp Hill, and Elinor Weigel of Newville, all of Pa.
