Mr. Watry was born at Holy Cross, Wis., Feb. 8, 1859. He married Anna Sampont and the young couple then came to Kloten and established their residence on a farm. Twelve children were born to their union, three of whom preceded their father in death. Mrs. Watry died Oct. 16, 1926. Shortly after her death Mrs. Watry made his home with his son, Adolph.
The funeral services will be held at St. Elizabeth church, Kloten, Saturday, with Rev. H. E. Hunck officiating. Interment will be in St. Elizabeth cemetery.
Surviving children are; Mrs. Mathias Schaefer, Stockbridge town; Mrs. Theo. Jacky, town of Brothertown; Mrs. John E. Schmitt, Cedar Lake, Wis., Edward Watry, Hayton; Adolph, Stockbridge town; Isadore, St. Anna, Ado, Fredonia; Henry, Cleveland, Ohio; Victor, Calumet, Wis.
