Adolph G. Watry, 79, of R. 3, Chilton, died early today following a short illness.

He was born Sept. 30, 1892, at Kloten, Calumet County, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dominic Watry . On June 20, 1916, he married Linda Simon at St. John Catholic Church, Johnsburg. He was a lifelong resident of the Stockbridge area where he operated a farm.

Survivors are his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Joseph (Florence) Kuehnl of R. 3, Chilton, four brothers, Isadore of St. Anna, Victor of Calumet, Edward of Milwaukee and Ado of Fredonia; and three sisters, Mrs. Matt Schaefer of Stockbridge, Mrs. Theodore Jacky of Calumet and Mrs. Isabelle Schmit of Francis Creek.

Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary Catholic Church, Stockbridge. The Rev. William Willinger, will be celebrant of the funeral Mass. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
