Georgia Belle Stanford and Conway Peyton Bloxton were married on 5 September 1894 in Fauquier County, Virginia. Conway Peyton Bloxton was born on 2 December 1869 in Newport News, Warwick, Virginia. (His Richmond Times Dispatch obituary says he was a native of Falls Church, but that he had lived in recent years on the peninsula.) He died on Friday, 28 March 1952 at the age of 82 in Wilmington, New Hanover, North Carolina, when he refused to have his leg removed to save his life from infection. [NOTE: Ronald Bloxton stated in a letter to Bobby Bloxton: "He died, as I recall, of complications (a pulmonary embolism) following the necessary amputation of his leg due to inadequate circulation. He had survived at least two heart attacks several years before that."]

Rites were held on Monday, March 31 in Newport News, Warwick, Virginia, with interment in Greenlawn Cemetery. Conway Peyton Bloxton was the son of Alexander Edwin Bloxton and Ella Henry Conway.

Georgia Belle Stanford was born on 29 November 1873 in Fauquier County, Virginia. She died on 4 May 1913 at the age of 39 in Merrifield, Fairfax, Virginia. She was buried in Calverton, Fauquier, Virginia on the Elkmont/Elk Mount Family Farm with her sister, Hattie.
Belle and Conway had five children; after her death, he had three more children with Blanche Erma Sparks. He was survived by three daughters, Mrs. Erma Blanch (Michael John) Hardick of Topsail, NC; Mrs. Mary Geraldine "Billie" (O.J.) Meyer of Falls Church, VA; and Mrs. Georgia "Belle" (Alex) Hunter of McLean, VA; and four sons, Conway "Russell" Bloxton of Atlanta, GA; Alexander Moncure Bloxton of Falls Church, VA; Clyde Strother Bloxton of Richmond, VA; and Charles William "Slim" Bloxton of Triangle, VA. He was predeceased by one daughter, Hattie "Estelle" Bloxton, who died at age 11 of meningitis, as did his wife.

"SALLIE" POTTS PRICE BLOXTON DEAD - Mrs. Sallie Price Bloxton died at Sibley Hospital in Washington today (Dec. 7, 1931) at 12:30 (b. 6 Oct 1869, Chotank, King George, VA, d/o Richard & Elizabeth "Betty" Potts). She is survived by one son, William C. Price (b. Aug 1897, VA) and one daughter, Mrs. Florence Varne Price Marshall Stone (b. 24 Oct 1887, VA), both of Washington, D.C. Mrs. Bloxton lived, before she moved to Washington about twenty years ago (1920), in King George County at "Belle Isle." Funeral services will take place from the old home on Wednesday, December 9, at 2:30 p.m. Interment in the family burying ground. Maybe her old home is near Belle Isle State Park: Nestled on a secluded peninsula at the confluence of Deep Creek and the Rappahannock River on Virginia's Northern Neck, 733-acre park with seven miles of Rappahannock River shoreline, 1632 Belle Isle Road, Lancaster, VA.

THE MIAMI NEWS, June 21, 1922 - Mr. & Mrs. C.P. BLOXTON are leaving Miami on this afternoon's train for Jacksonville where they will visit for about 10 days before going back to their home in Washington, D.C. Mr. Bloxton has been prohibition officer in Miami, and has resigned to go back home because of his wife's health. During their stay in Miami, they made their home with Mrs. W. E. Collins at 245 N.W. Third Street.
