According to the 1870 and 1880 census Daniel lived with his parents in Clayton, NJ. In 1900 he lived in Bridgeton, Cumberland Co., NJ with the Dudley family as a boarder. He was a glass worker. According to the 1910 census Daniel boarded with the Rutter family in Millville, Cumberland Co., NJ and was still working as a glassworker. In 1920 he lived with his sister, Eliza (Young) Carney aged 67, her son, George Carney and his family on Summit Ave in Westville Borough, Gloucester co., NJ.
