" HENRIETTA, Tex., More than 600 Clay County Pioneers registered Friday morning during the second day of the 46th annual Clay County Pioneer Reunion and Rodeo celebration in Henrietta.
Highlight of the morning activities, other than the registration was the float parade that stretched for miles.
Leading the parade was Mrs.Alma Stine of Henrietta, who was crowned the 1977 Pioneer Queen Thursday night during the opening rodeo performance. On the float with her were her duchesses: Opal Robertson of Buffalo Springs, Ester Moser of Hurnville, Catherine Manton of Bellevue and Mrs. Lena Belle Davis of Byers."

STINE, HENRIETTA

Henrietta, Texas-Services for Mrs. Vincent Stine, 92, of Henrietta will be at 2 P.M. Sunday at First Baptist Church in Henrietta with Dr. Richard Spencer of Austin Officiating. He will be assisted by the Rev. Mike Eklund, Minister of First Baptist Church. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery under the direction of Davis Funeral Home.
Mrs. Stine died Friday in a Henrietta hospital.
She was born June 17, 1896, in Montague County, Texas, and had been a resident of Clay County since 1926. She was a homemaker and was a member of First Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday school many years. She was past president of District 11 Women's Missionary Union and was active in the state organization. She was Pioneer Queen of Clay County in 1977. She was a 60-year member of the Order of Eastern Star and was past worthy matron.
Survivors include one daughter, Mary Beth Hoeffner of Dallas; one sister, Mrs. Frank Stillwell of Bowie, Texas; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
