CHARLES H. ANDERSON

Charles H. Anderson, son of Charles and Mary Anderson, was born Feb. 8, 1927 in Chariton, Iowa, and passed away in Melcher on May 20, 1953, at the age of 26 years, three months and 12 days.

On March 14, 1948, he was united in marriage to Donna Goode in Unionville, Mo.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Donna, one daughter, Connie Dianne, 4, two sons, Charles Craig, 3, and Dennis Wayne, 2. His mother, Mary Anderson of Chariton, four sisters, Deloris Remster of Des Moines, Lois Davis, Juanita Bridges and Donna Jean Anderson of Chariton. One brother, Leland Anderson, also of Chariton, and a host of relatives and friends. His father preceded him in death.

He attended the Chariton public schools. He was employed at the Chariton Wholesale Grocery for the past four years. He has also been engaged in well boring since his father passed away two years ago.

Funeral services were conducted Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Church of the Nazarene. The Rev. H. E. Hegstrom officiated and burial was in the Chariton cemetery.
