Mrs. Laura Sudbeck

Mrs. Gregory Sudbeck, 67, Hartington, died Jan. 31 at Palo Alto, Calif.

Services were conducted at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 4, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Hartington, with the Rev. Cyril Werner officiating. Burial was in St. Michael's Cemetery, Hartington, with the Wintz Funeral Home, Hartington, in charge.

Mrs. Sudbeck, the former Laura M. Becker, was born May 4, 1907, in St. Helena to Joseph and Elizabeth (Klug) Becker. She was married to Gregory Sudbeck June 20, 1933, in St. Helena. She was a member of the Christian Mothers.

Survivors include the widower; four sons, Donovan and Edmund, both of Hartington, Kenneth of Yankton, S. D., and Gilbert of Vermillion, S. D.; two daughters, Mrs. James (Geralda) Moriarty of Livermore, Calif., and Mrs. Rex (Dianna) Wheeler of South Sioux City; 12 grandchildren; four brothers, Ray of Eagle Butte, S. D., Edgar of Hartington, Arnold of St. Helena, and Alphonse of Albany, Ore., and a sister, Mrs. Lucina Schulte of St. Helena.
