The funeral Of James Cornell was held from the Church of God at Idaville Wednesday afternoon of last week,conducted by his pastor, Rev. Thos. M. Funk.
Mr. Cornell died on the 21st after a long illness. He was born near Elkart June 29,1849, and moved to this county with his parents when five years old. He was engaged in business at Idaville at one time and later at Indianapolis and Flora. His health failed and he returned to Idaville last spring. He was married Nov. 30, 1871 ,to Jerusha Patton,who with their only son Orren Cornell, survives him. He leaves also two grandchildren, Opal and Robert, and one brother,Richard Cornell.
