Rosana Perry, an old and highly respectable resident of this county, who has been ill for four months, passed away at seven o'clock Dec. 10, 1894, at the residence of her son-in-law C.S. Nicholas of Monon, aged 64 years and 18 days. Deceased was born in Ohio, Nov. 27, 1830, and moved to Indiana near Goshen in 1833. She was married to Cornelious Perry in 1858, and to them were born two sons and two daughters. Mrs. Perry leaves three brothers, one sister and a wide circle of friends and relatives. The funeral took place at the Methodist Protestant church, known as the Mount Olive church, known as the Mount Olive church, and her remains were interred in the Warden cemetery. The service was conducted by Rev. Reeder of Monon.
