WINNFIELD -- Services for Arah Elizabeth Mooney will be at 2 p.m. today in the chapel of Edmonds with the Rev. Leon Zordan [sic Jordan] and James Moore officiating. Burial will be in New Hope Cemetery, Garr's [sic Gaars] Mill.
Mrs. Mooney, 94, of Winnfield died Sunday, May 7, 1995 in Winn Parish Medical Center.
She was a member of Memorial United Methodist Church, Simsboro, and Eastern Star Chapter No. 19, Arcadia.
Survivors include three sons, Myron Mooney of Brewton Mill, William Mooney of Calvin and Benjamin Mooney of Weston; two daughters, Evelyn Waldron of Simsboro and Maxine Carpenter of Brewton Mill; 17 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 7-10 p.m today and from 8 a.m. until time of services Wednesday in the funeral home.
