Mrs. Myrtle G. Bushman, 38, widow of Lewis Bushman, died on Wednesday morning in Harrisburg from a complication of diseases.

She was a native of Adams county, a daughter of the late William F. and Minnie (Trostle) Carbaugh.

Surviving are two sons, Paul and John, students at the Hershey Industrial school, Hershey; three brother, Harry E. Carbaugh, Gettysburg R.D.; Roy Carbaugh, Gettysburg R.D; and Charles R. Carbaugh, Littlestown R.D. and one sister, Mrs. John Herr, Fairfield R.D.
