Funeral services for Mrs. Lillie H. Jarvis of Slayden were held at three o'clock Sunday afternoon at Slayden Baptist Church with the Rev. Danny Prater and the Rev. Greer Garrot officiating. Burial was in Slayden Cemetery with Reynolds Funeral Home in charge.
Mrs. Jarvis, who was 87, died October 16 at her residence.
She leaves her husband, Marvin R. Jarvis of Slayden, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Serving as pallbearers were John Curl, Danny Hurdle, Jesse B. Boswell, Johnny Hurdle, Charles Hurdle and Sonny Jowers.
