Funeral services for Jesse Frank Hurdle of Holly Springs were held at four o'clock Sunday afternoon at the chapel of Holly Springs Funeral Home. The Rev. Tommy Tutor officiated and burial was in Hill Crest Cemetery.
Mr. Hurdle, who was 82, died early Sunday morning at his home. He was a retired farmer.
He leaves his wife, Mrs. Lucy Hurdle of Holly Springs, five sons, J. K. Hurdle, Joe H. Hurdle, Danny Hurdle, Hargis Hurdle and Sidney Hurdle, all of Holly Springs; two daughters, Mrs. Carrie Burch of Holly Springs and Mrs. Lanita Pittman of Jackson; one sister, Mrs. Lillie Jarvis of Slayden; 18 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
His sons served as pallbearers.
