FILLMORE, — Ruby Day Davies, 77, Fillmore, died March 4,1975, in a Salt Lake nursing home following a stroke.

Born Sept. 23, 1997, Fillmore, to James and Emma Mitchell Day. Married Hillman Davies Sept. 21, 1917, Fillmore. He died Oct. 20, 1955. Member LDS Church.

Survivors: sons, daughters, Mrs. Marcus (Ethel) Sorensen, Logan; Jim, San Diego, Calif.; Robert, Sacramento, Calif.; Ted, Price; Mrs. Janice Gillespie, Salt Lake City; 15 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; brother, sister, Horace E. Day, Fillmore; Mrs. Walthew (Venus) Barnes, San Gabriel, Calif.

Funeral Saturday 1 pm., Fillmore 3rd LDS Ward Chapel. Friends call Olpin Funeral Home, Fillmore, Friday 7-8 p.m., Saturday, 1 hour before services.
Burial, Fillmore Cemetery.
