Funeral services for Amos M. Hooks of Adrian R. D. 1, who died November 22, 1951, will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. in Brush Valley Brethren church with the pastor, Rev. Paul M. Naff, in charge. Burial will be made in the Johns cemetery. Friends may pay their respects at the church one hour prior to the time of service.

Amos M. Hooks Funeral

Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at Brush Valley Brethren Church for Amos M. Hooks, Adrian R. D. 1, who died Nov. 22 at his home. Three hymns were sung by M. C. Lewis, Cull Lewis and Mrs. Dean Kline, accompanied by Mrs. Cull Lewis. The hymns were "Asleep in Jesus." "Beyond the Sunset," "Just Inside the Eastern Gate." The service was in charge of Rev. Paul M. Naff. Casket bearers were Blair Morris, Robert Hooks, Robert Croyle, Roy Bowser and Ralph John. Homer Hooks, R. D. 1 Adrian is a surviving brother. Burial was in the Johns cemetery.
