Son of Charles and Christine Faugl Beer. Per obituary in the Mansfield-News Journal of Monday, 24 March 1986, pg. A-7: Louie J. Beer, 77, 844 Fifth Avenue. Retired construction worker. Died People's Hospital, Mansfield, Ohio. Wife Marabel Beer already had died. Survived by sons Richard and Lee Beer; daughter Arline Manely; brothers Walter, Lester, and Herman Beer; sisters Ella Arehart and Alvena Holmes.
