Lloyd Lester Lasher of McGrann died, unexpectedly at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday (March 24, 1964) in Armstrong County Memorial Hospital. He was aged 66 years, having been born May 24, 1897 in Washington Township, a son of William and Minerva (McCoy) Lasher. Mr. Lasher was employed by Kerr Lumber Company, Ford City. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, Kittanning. Surviving are his wife, Eliza Mitchell Erwin Lasher; two sons, Carl Lasher of Kittanning and Roy Lasher of New York City, N. Y.; two daughters, Joy White of Leechburg ; and Edith Fetterman of Kelly Station; one stepson, Robert L. Erwin of Orlando Fla.; 13 grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Orphie Vensel of Kittanning, Mrs. Frances Fiscus of Ford City and Mrs. Leroy of Butler and two brothers, Edward Lasher of Florida and Claud Lasher of Pittsburgh. LASHER — Friends of Lloyd Lester Lasher of McGrann, who died, March ,24, ,1964, will be received at Dornan Funeral Home Ford City. Family visitation hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Service will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Friday from the funeral home by Dr. Laurence T. Beers pastor of Kittanning First Baptist Church, assisted by Rev. G. Forrest Sparks, pastor of Ford City First Baptist Church. Burial will be in Lawn Haven Burial Estates. Arrangements by Dornan.

Mrs. Ivy Leroy of Butler is a surviving sister of Lloyd Lester Lasher of McGrann, who died Tuesday. The first name was missing from a death notice published yesterday.
