Funeral services for Gertie Lee Baker Dudley, 94, of Jacksonville was at 10:00 Thursday at Autry Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Dale Jamerson and the Rev. R.S. Dyess officiating. Burial was in Jarratt Cemetery.

Mrs. Dudley died May 12. She was born April 17, 1914, on the county line of Henderson and Anderson counties. She was one of 13 children born to Benjamin Wesley Baker and Fannie Scott Nevills Baker. She lived in Jacksonville most of her life. She was a life-long member of the Craft Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death are her husband Jack Johnson Dudley; three sons Thurman Lynn Wallace, Ronald Glenn Wallace and Robert Earl Dudley; her granddaughter, Nikki Nicole Dudley; her greatgrandson, Payton Scott Diers; her son-in-law, Paul Wayne Bonner; and numerous sisters and brothers.

Survivors are three sons and daughters-in-law, Jackie and Joy Dudley of Jacksonville, Claude and Vickie Dudley of New Mexico, and Frank and Lori Dudley of Huntsville; six daughters and sons-in-law, Pat and Sonny Brown of Jacksonville, Bonnie and Earl Hulsey of Henderson, Charlotte Bonner of Mt. Selman, and Beth and Billy Lomax of Jacksonville; sisters Julia Gowin of Jacksonville, Rachel Meador of Jacksonville and Pearl Henderson of Washington; 22 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
