The Obituary of Howard Henry Harter December 2, 1872-April 21, 1946 Howard Harter, 73 died Sunday at his residence, 711 West State Boulevard from heart trouble. He was a member of the First Church of God on Pique and Wildwood Avenues. Survivors include his wife Mary E, three daughters, Mrs. R. B. Keener, Mrs. W.J. York, and Mrs. A. W. Zollinger all of Fort Wayne. Seven sons: Herman, Basil, Jesse, Clifford, Ernest, Robert and Ross all of Fort Wayne. Forty-three grandchildren and three brothers: Perry Harter and Joe Harter both of Churubusco and George of Vancouver, Washington. The body taken to the Krider Funeral Home, Churubusco and will be returned to the residence here Tuesday morning. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the First Church of God with the Rev. T. M. Tucker officiating.
