Quintus Dabney's parents were Ciscero Cincinnatti and Sarah Ann(Gant) Biggs. Quintus Dabney is the fifth of seven sons memorialized on the Texas-shaped Biggs Monument in the cemetery. His brothers were: Van Winfred "Winter", Ernest Wiseman "Wisie", Miles Monroe "Dink", James Abner, Oscar Wilds, and Basil Blake. Quintus Dabney married Ablerta Pauline "Bert" on Januaury 2, 1902. They lived on their farm in the McNeil community until 1920 when they moved to Luling. Their children were: Loren Dabney "Chango" Biggs, Roy Lee Biggs, Aubrey Ray Biggs, and a baby daughter-born December 23, 1914 - died January 2, 1915.
