Oscar's parents were Cicero Cincinnatti and Sarah Ann "Dood" (Gant) Biggs. I cannot prove that Oscar was born in Wimberley, but the family was living there just a few months before he was born based on court documents in Hays Co.. He was the sixth of seven sons memorialized on the Texas-shaped Biggs Monument in the cemetery. Oscar's six brothers were: Van Winfred "Winter", Ernest Wiseman "Wisie", Miles Monroe "Dink", James Abner, Quintus Dabney "Q.D.", and Basil Blake. Oscar married Lillie Viola "Ola" Moses May 7, 1902 in Caldwell Co.. Together they had four daughters. They were: Mildred married to Lee Cezeaux, Gladys married to Donald Christi, Margaret Ann married to Lloyd Martin, and Beatrice married to John B. Ferguson. Ola was born in Caldwell County on June 26, 1884 and died in Wharton on September 1972. Oscar and Ola are buried in Wharton City Cemetery in Wharton, Wharton Co., Texas
