Charles Chambers, Springhill; daughters, Bessie (Mrs. Alfred Quinn), Rebecca
Bird, Springhill; Joan Bird, Amherst; Nancy Dunphy, Truro; Rosie Bird,
Dartmouth; sisters, Mrs. Rosie Rasmussen, Springhill; Mrs. Mary Catherine
Smith, Halifax; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren. She was
predeceased by her husband, Charles H.; sons, Raymond, James; daughters,
Beckie, Sylvea; sisters, Anna, Beckie, Jean. Visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today,
funeral 2 p.m. Saturday, both in A.H. Brown Funeral Home, Springhill, Rev.
Frank Likely officiating. Spring burial in Mapleton Cemetery, Cumberland
