BIRD, Rosie Rebecca - 52, Dartmouth, formerly of Springhill,
died October 24, 1999, at home. Born in Springhill, she was a
daughter of the late Charles and Margaret Christina
(Chambers) Bird. Surviving are brothers, Richard, Joseph,
Vancouver, B.C.; Larry, John, Ontario; David, William, Halifax;
Charles Chambers, Springhill; sisters, Mrs. Bessie Quinn,
Rebecca Bird, Springhill; Joan Bird, Amherst; Nancy Dunphy,
Truro. She was predeceased by brothers, Raymond, James;
sisters, Beckie, Sylvia. Cremation has taken place under the
direction of A.H. Brown Funeral Home, Springhill. Graveside
Committal Service 11 a.m. Thursday, in the Maple Cemetery,
Cumb. Co., Rev. Frank Likely officiating. Donations to any charity.
