BIRD, Norma Rebecca "Becky" - 51, Queen Street, Springhill, passed away on Sunday, March 2, 2008, in Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre, Nappan. Born in Springhill, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Margaret (Chambers) Bird. Becky loved to paint and play cards, but most of all, she loved being a mom. She is survived by her beloved daughter, Ann Marie; brothers and sisters. She was predeceased by several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today in A.H. Brown Funeral Home, Springhill, where the funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 5, with Rev. Perry Hanley officiating. Burial in Mapleton Cemetery, Cumberland County, at a later date.
