MRS. FLORENCE H. PORTER; LINCOLN, Sept. 25 Florence H. Porter, 58, widow of George Porter, died Friday in a Lincoln hospital after a long illness. She was born in Burlington, July 22, 1901, the daughter of George and Azuba (Preble) Sibley. Surviving are six daughters, Mrs. Daphine Shirley of Howland, Mrs. Elizabeth Bubar of Everett, Wash.; Mrs. Elde Chubbuck and Mrs. Azuba. Tucker, both of Stony Creek, Conn.; Mrs. Jacqueline Palmer of Patten; Mrs. Faye Wakefield of Lowell; a stepdaughter, Pauline Williams, Bangor; two sons, Oakley and Hugh, both of Burlington; four sisters, Mrs. Miranda Shorey of Patten, Mrs. Annie Tripp of Lincoln; Mrs. Mary Jipson of Lowell; Mrs. Margaret Smith of Pownal; a brother, Philip Sibley of Burlington; and 22 grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Burlington Church with interment in the Lowell Cemetery. Friends may call at the Barton Funeral Home in Lincoln until Monday noon.
