Mrs. Brackett is survived by three sons, Larry Carbaugh of York, Gary Carbaugh, Sr. of Columbia, Tenn., and Michael Carbaugh of Dallastown; three daughters, Penny Carbaugh of York; and twin daughters, Lisa Fuller and Lorie Stover, both of York; three brothers, Henry Woodring and Aaron Woodring, both of Waynesboro, and Arthur Woodring of Hagerstown, Md.; and a sister, Sara Hade of Houston, Fla. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert S. Brackett, Sr.; and five brothers and four sisters.
