Jr. was born on May 13, 1936, in Stidham, Oklahoma, the son of Carl and Dona (Wisenhunt) Brackett. He worked as an aircraft mechanic and a small business owner. On June 16, 1956, Carl married Antha June Acord in Stidham, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death on March 24, 2010. Jr. was a member of the Stidham Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, three brothers and three sisters. Service will be held April 25 at 1 p.m. at Kelley Memorial Chapel in Eufaula. Burial will be at Moore Cemetery.
