Henry Grant Danielsen was born Friday, May 20, 1921 in Hyrum to Henry Danielsen and Alice Laurene Jensen.

He married Lola Deanne Wilson on September 14, 1948 in Elko, Nevada. They had five children: Randy Dee, Alice Marie, Stanley Grant, Gary Ray, and Teri Lyn.

He was an electrical and mechanical repairman for most of his life. He was a veteran of World War II.

Grant passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 1970 at LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City from complications of Hodgkin's Disease. He resided at 759 East Linden Avenue (345 South) in the East Central neighborhood of Salt Lake City at the time of his death.

Funeral services were held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 29, 1970 at Deseret Mortuary located at 36 East 700 South in Salt Lake City. A viewing was held one hour prior to the services.
Grant was laid to rest following the conclusion of the funeral services at the Hyrum City Cemetery in Hyrum.
