Howard James 'Jim' Knight was born 25 Feb 1928 to William P Knuijt (Knight) and Caroline (nee Huberty) in Appleton, Wisconsin.
He enlisted and served in the Navy during WWII.
He married Adell Ida Durrance 17 May 1946 in Florida. They had two daughters before their divorce in 1950.
Jim later married Corletta Olivene 'Babe' Bolton of Iowa.
He passed away of stomach cancer at the Veterans home in Slater, Iowa 30 Aug 1991. Jim donated his body to medical research.
