Theresa "Tracy" Brackley was the daughter of Michael & Catherine Brackley. There is some confusion regarding Tracy's place of birth. Some family histories place her birth in Lancaster, PA, but two of her sons' death certificates place her birth in Ohio and, more specifically, in Stark County, OH. On December 11, 1844, Tracy married Michael Amos in Portage Township, Wood County, OH. Tracy & Michael parented 10 children between the years of 1848 & 1866: Michael Amos Jr., Phillip (a.k.a. "Philip") Amos (also buried at Fish Cemetery), Catherine "Kate" Amos (also buried at Fish Cemetery), John Amos (also buried at Fish Cemetery), Anthony Amos, William M. Amos, Charles R. Amos (also buried at Fish Cemetery), Mary Amos (also buried at Fish Cemetery), & two unnamed infants, one male & one female. The family resided on a farm in Portage Township, Wood County, OH.
