FUNERAL MONDAY FOR MRS. FAUGHT
Mrs. George Faught, 68 of 410 Oak St., died today at the Samaritan Hospital in Macon.
Funeral services will be held at the Hutton Funeral Home in Macon. Burial will be in the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Faught was born Dec. 22, 1902 in Atlanta, the daughter of Willie and Lettie (Hatfield) Mathis. She was married Jan. 5, 1926 in Macon to George Faught, who survives.
She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church.
Surviving, besides her husband, are six daughters, Mrs. Helen Johnson, Mrs. Leona Brown, Mrs. Dorothy Vance, and Mrs. Ada Farmer, all of Macon, Mrs. Catherine Biegel of Callao, and Mrs. Virginia Tubbs of Bevier; one son, Alfred Faught of Macon; two brothers, Clarence Mathis of Dubuque, Iowa, and Junior Mathis of Macon; one sister, Mrs. Anna Mae Gipson of Macon; and fourteen grandchildren.
Mrs. Faught had been preceded in death by her parents, one brother, and two grandchildren.
