MRS. RENA ALICE HOUSER, widow of Robert E. Houser, died Saturday at Gateway Convalescent Home at the age of 85.

Born in Frederick County, she was the daughter of the late Josephus and Susan (Gross) Wise. She had resided in Washington County for the last 60 years. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church of this city.

Surviving are sons, Edgar C., New Oxford, Pa.; and Roy M., Rt. 3, Hagerstown; sisters and brothers, Mrs. Robert Kepler, Hagerstown; Miss Edith Wise, Boonsboro; Mrs. Fannie Brandenburg, Frederick County; Oliver M. Wise, Middletown; Harry G., Hagerstown; Joseph H., West Alexander, Ohio; Charles M., Salina, Ohio; and John H., Frederick; 18 grandchildren 46 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 10 am at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Dr. Wilson P. Ard. Interment in Mountain View Cemetery, Sharpsburg.
