Amanda Ellen "Big Baby" Albritton Lucas Eaton, 78, died Friday morning (March 15, 2013) at Mayo Clinic Health System in Waycross following an extended illness.

She was a native of Ware County but had lived most of her life in Pierce County. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Troy C. "Cart" Lucas, Sr, her third husband Dorsey Eaton; her parents, Matthew Allen Albritton and Mary Elizabeth Strickland Albritton. She was also preceded in death by 5 sisters, Loysell Barwick, Mattie Eunice, Janie Hickox, Doris Crews, and Betty Jo Aldridge, 2 brothers, Henry and Floyd Albritton, and a great grandchild, Chant Ashley Jones.

She was actually married three times, 1st to Troy C. Lucas Sr., 2nd to Jesse Malbert King Sr., 3rd to Dorsey Eaton.

She was a homemaker and attended Potter's House of Prayer.

Survivors include a daughter, Teresa E. Lucas of Blackshear; 4 sons, Troy C. Lucas, Jr. (wife Judy) of Dixie Union, Tony L. Lucas, Sr. (wife Regina) of Blackshear, John T. "Timmy" Lucas (wife Susan Marie) of Dixie Union, and David Terrance "Terry" Lucas (wife Teresa A.) of Hacklebarney Community; 8 grandchildren, Tony L. Lucas, Jr (wife Tess), Darlene Perritt, Cynthia Mason (husband Tommy "Porkie"), Sonny J. Lucas (wife Staci M.) Jeanie Marie Lucas, April Beth Rhodes, Elizabeth Ellen Lucas, and Troy C. "Cart" Lucas, III, 12 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Mamie Sellers of Waycross, and Judy Aldridge (husband Walter) of Williston, FL, and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM Sunday (March 17, 2013) at Music Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Thomas Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the home of Tony Lucas, Jr., 2708 Shellie Trail, Patterson, GA and from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Saturday at Music Funeral Home.
