William Baker Wright, of 1212 Broadway died this morning at Mercy hospital, following an accident in the Rouse factory about two weeks ago, when he lost one of his hands. He had been a resident of Bay City for 48 years, most of that time being employed as a saw filer in the lumber mills. He is survived by his wife and one daughter, Mrs. Archibald Hill, of Flint; two sisters, Mrs. Libbie Johnson, of Omer, and Mrs. Alfred Glover, of Saginaw. The funeral will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 from the chapel of W. S. Hyatt, Sixth and Monroe. Rev. Henry Kreulen will conduct the services with burial at Elm Lawn

W. B. Wright, age 72, residing at 412 Broadway avenue and employed by F. E. Rouse on a planer in a mill on Twenty-third street, had his right hand amputated in the planer Monday morning. The unfortunate man was rushed to Mercy hospital, where Dr. F. F. Baird attended him. The manner in which the accident occurred is not known. It was reported that the patient was resting as well as could be expected this morning.
From Record of Funeral he was living at 1212 Broadway, Bay City. He died at Mercy Hospital. Hyatt Chapel is where the funeral service was held at 2:30 p.m. He was married when he died and a Protestant. He was 72 years, 2 months, and 12 days old. His daughter, Mrs. Ethel Hill paid for the funeral $376.00
