FUNERAL HELD TUESDAY FOR GEORGE BREDESON, LIFELONG AREA FARMER
The funeral for George A. Bredeson, 65, who died Friday in a Monroe hospital after a brief illness, was held Tuesday in Trinity Lutheran Church, Blanchardville, of which he was a member.
Mr. Bredeson was born in Fayette township in January 1903 and was a lifelong area farmer. He married Esther Erickson in 1921.
Surviving are his wife; a daughter; June, Hartford; three sons, LaVerne, Darlington; and Harlan and Donald, Fayette; six brothers, Nim, Blanchardville; Glen, Argyle; Archie, Darlington; and Leland, Sherman, and Roy, Fayette; two sisters, Mrs. Blanche Evans, South Beloit; and Mrs. Perry Brown, Waterloo, IA; and five grandchildren.
