Conley, Pittsburg, Kans., Clara, Florence, and John J., of this city survive him; a son Eugene, dying in infancy. He also leaves two brothers, P.H. and E.F. Conley and his sisters, Sarah Gallagher of this city, and Katie Corcoran of Spencer, Iowa.
The deceased had a happy faculty of minding his own business, and had a good word for and would do a kind act for all with whom he came in contact. He is entitled to the highest epitaph that any man can earn, "His neighbors liked him."
The funeral was from Holy Rosary church, Saturday morning, and was attended by the Modern Woodmen and Knights of Columbus, of which he was a member, and a very large number of friends considering the stormy day and the busy season, attested their regard for him. He will be kindly remembered by a large circle of friends.
