Ann Daily was born in County Monahgan, Ireland, Aug. 15, 1840, and died at her home in this city July 24, 1917. She was the only child of Patrick Conley, by his first marriage. Her mother died when deceased was only a few years old, and she was reared by her mother's people. Her father and family came to this county in 1855, and Ann came in 1890, thirty five years later. Twenty two years ago she was united in marriage to Patrick Daily, who survives her.
She was a warm hearted, impulsive woman and made hosts of friends, as was testified by the attention shown her during her three months struggle with death. The funeral was held Thursday from Holy Rosary church, of which she was a faithful member.
