I have served a Church Service Mission in Family Search for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. For the first year or so, I used FindAGrave along with and FamilySearch. I obtained valuable information about my ancestors. Then I noticed that on many memorials, there is a lot of missing info. There are missing dates, places, parents, siblings, spouses and children. I then realized I had this missing info from other Family History sites. I discovered how to suggest edits and now many of them have been approved. (3/28/2018 - 478 edits accepted). I would like to encourage everyone that benefits from using FindAGrave to suggest edits if you have that information. (3/28/2018 - 3 edits approval pending). The person that manages their memorial have at least started a page and your edits will benefit them and all others that visit their page. I have started Virtual Cemeteries for my ancestors who served in different wars. Effective 12/25/2017 US Civil War - 15 (in process) World War I - 1 (in process) World War II - 11 (in process) I also have Virtual Cemeteries for each letter of the alphabet for each of my ancestors. I also have Virtual Cemeteries for each occupation of my ancestors. When I finish this process, I will know how many of my ancestors were farmers, etc.
