Retired Navy, 1976-2002, started out as a basic seaman in Deck, struck to be an electrician, worked my way up the ranks until I could put in a package to become a Warrant Officer. Served on a Tug Boat and many more ships up to modern Carriers, I was the Electrical Tech Asst on USS Dwight D Eisenhower (CVN-69) and the Electrical Officer on USS Harry S Truman (CVN-75) and USS Iwo Jima (LPH-2).
I was a Government Contractor overseeing and preforming repairs on US Navy ships since 2002. Retired in 2018.
Member of the SAR, SCV and MOS&B.
My family name is BOLT, my dad added the "U" when he left home just for the heck of it.
Would be honored to maintain any and all BOLT memorials.
Researching, BOLT, WILEY, GOOSLIN, CRAIG, McGRAW, CHAPMAN, NESTER and many more.
Feel free to use any of my pictures for documentation in your family tree. I HAVE NOT signed a contract or agreement with anyone, too many people playing numbers games on here. And in case you did not know, ancestry OWNS findagrave as of 2013.
