Ethel May Gebeau
Ethel May Gebeau, 85, of 27 Lyndale Drive, Painesville Township, died Tuesday in Lake County Memorial Hospital, Painesville, following a lingering illness. Mrs. Gebeau was born Oct. 20, 1893, in Farmington. The life area resident was a cook in various restaurants. She was a member of the First Church of Christ and the Loyal Men and Women's class of that church.
Survivors are her sister, Irene Pernoja, Painesville, and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Gebeau's, husband Thomas, and several brothers and sisters preceded her in death. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Spear Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Ave. Painesville. Rev. John Mills of the First Church of Christ will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today in the funeral home.
