Corbett first married Clara May Fulkerson (1891) on May 28, 1910 in Ashtabula County, OH.

They would divorce sometime before Corbett's second marriage to Emily Murray (1897) on May 30, 1914 in Marion County, IN. Corbett and Emily would have two sons, Corbett R. (1915) and Robert E. (1918). I believe Emily died, possibly because of childbirth, because of Corbett's next marriage so soon after Robert's birth, the fact that he kept the children, and his subsequent move back to Ohio by 1920.

Corbett next married Frieda B. (Curtis) Poundstone on Aug. 2, 1919 in Indianapolis, Marion County, IN. She had two daughters from her previous marriage to Freeman Poundstone (1890); Eleanor (1912) and Marion E. (1916). Corbett and Frieda would be met with several heartaches as they had three stillborn children, and a son, Charles (1916), who lived just short of six years old.
