Frieda M. Hall


Services for Frieda M. Hall, 69, of Bloomington, who died Sunday evening at her residence, will be 10 a.m. Wednesday morning at the Greene and Harrell Chapel. The Rev. J. Wesley Powell will officiate. Burial will be in the Grandview Cemetery in Grandview, Ill.

Born Feb. 24, 1916, in Stanford, she was the daughter of Joseph and Lilly K. (Ham) Hamm. She was a nurse technician at the Paris Hospital in Illinois and a member of the Stanford Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Damon Hall of Bloomington; three daughters, one of Franklin, Tenn., one of Paris, Ill., and the other of East Lansing; one son; three brothers, Charles Hamm of Gosport, Elmer Hamm of Stanford, and one brother of Bloomington; four sisters, Lucy Marrs and Lloyd Pate, both of Bloomington, Mary Koontz of Muncie, and Alice Hall of Richmond, Calif.; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.

Friends may call from 5-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
