Mrs. Ballinger,
41, Dies Today
At Robert Long
Mrs. Matilda Ann Ballinger, 41, of West Davis Street, died early this morning at Robert Long Hospital in Indianapolis.
Death was attributed to complications. She was admitted to the hospital Saturday afternoon and had been a patient at Bloomington Hospital before being transferred.
Survivors include the father, Joe Hamm, of Solsberry, Route 2, the husband, Allen Ballinger, at home; seven sisters, Mrs. Thelma Hagaman, of Bloomington; Mrs. Freda Hall, of Illinois; Mrs. Lucy Marrs, of Route 8; Mrs. Mary Koontz of Hammond; Mrs. Alice Hall, of Monroe County; Mrs. Louise Sparks, of Crane, and Mrs. Lloyd Pate, of Route 6.
Others include five brothers, Elmer Hamm, Rodney Hamm, and one other brother, all of Sols., Charles and Wilfred Hamm, both of Bloomington.
The body has been taken to the Greene and Harrell Funeral Home where arrangements are pending.
