Surviving are his wife, five children, Mrs. Doris Jean Lesher of Jim Thorpe, Dean of Hollidaysburg, Paul, Arlene and Beth Ann, at the home; two grandchildren, and nine brothers and sisters, Elmer, Lloyd and Irvin of Hollidaysburg, Hiram of Altoona RD, Mrs. Myra McKee of Altoona, Emmert and Mrs. Leona Furry of Williamsburg RD, Harry of Roaring Spring RD and Wesley of Westville, Ind.
Mr. Brubaker had attended Hollidaysburg High School. He was a member of the Hollidaysburg Church of the Brethren and Home Builders Bible Class, of Juniata Lodge F & M, Williamsport Consistory and Jaffa Shrine. He was a past president of the Hollidaysburg Free Library Board and on the board of the Hollidaysburg YMCA.
He engaged in the general insurance business and since March 1968 was a field supervisor, dept of traffic safety examiners, Bureau of Revenue, and earlier served as an examiner.
BRUBAKER - Services for Clyde E. Brubaker of 805 Penn St., Hollidaysburg, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Hollidaysburg Church of the Brethren by the Rev. Ronald Madeira. Interment in Rose Hill Cemetery, Altoona, PA. Friends will be received in the Plank Funeral Home, Hollidaysburg, from 7 to 10 p.m. today, 2 to 4 and 7 to 10 p.m. Tuesday, and after 11 a.m. Wednesday in the church. Masonic service will be held at 8 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, friends may contribute to Project Hope of the Save the Children Foundation.
