Born Feb. 24, 1921, in Unionville, she was the daughter of the late Ephrim and Margaret Elizabeth Smith Keeney. She was the wife of Henry William "Dutch" Muller, who died in 1994.
She was employed as a seamstress at Taneytown Manufacturing, Union Bridge Clothing Factory and H.L. Hartz, retiring in 1986.
She enjoyed mowing her yard, gardening and baking for others. She was a member of Johnsville United Methodist Church.
Surviving are sisters Margaret Hann Main, of Felton, Del., and Nina Martin, of Mount Airy.; several nieces and nephews; and neighbors Linda and Steve Mochler, and Maria, Dennis and Linford Smith.
She was predeceased by sisters Clara Grossnickle, Catherine Johnson, Mary Myers, Genevieve Doody, Miriam Reynolds and Beulah Myers; and brothers Ross, James and Bruce Keeney.
