MRS. L. SUHR DIES IN HOSPITAL IN STERLING

Funeral services for Mrs. Louise Suhr, a former resident of Holyoke, will be conducted at 1:30 o'clock Friday afternoon at the Jackson Funeral Home in Sterling. The burial will be beside her late husband, Herman Suhr, in the Holyoke cemetery.

Mrs. Suhr passed away on Tuesday at a Sterling hospital after having been ill for a month. She was born May 10, 1868, at Defiance, Ohio, and was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kurb H. Albers. She grew to womanhood and received her education on Kelly's Island, Lake Erie, Ohio. There she met Herman H. Suhr and was married in 1887. They left Ohio and came to Holyoke, Colorado in 1906. In 1909 Mr. Suhr died. Mrs. Suhr and family moved to Sterling in 1913 where she had since resided.

Mr. and Mrs. Suhr were charter members of the Lutheran church at Holyoke.

Surviving are six daughters and two sons, Mrs. E.A. Stevens and V.A. Suhr of Buffalo, Wyoming; Mrs. R.R. Baldwin of Sheridan, Wyoming; Ray H. Suhr of Merriman, Nebraska; Mrs. Lloyd Blystone of New Raymer; Mrs. J.D. Reinhart and Mrs. Vern Long of Sterling, and Mrs. F.G. Fiedler of Holyoke; 12 grandchildren and one great grandchild; and two sisters, Mrs. R.H. Locke of Imperial, Nebraska and Mrs. M. Neal of Akron, Ohio.

SUHR FUNERAL HELD IN STERLING; BURIAL HERE

Final rites were conducted in Sterling Friday afternoon for Mrs. Louise Suhr, who died Tuesday in a Sterling hospital. The body was brought to Holyoke and burial was made in the Holyoke cemetery.

Out of town relatives attending the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Blystone and children and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Kiesel of New Raymer, Mr. and Mrs. R. Baldwin of Sheridan, Wyoming, Mr. and Mrs. E.A. Stevens and V.A. Suhr of Buffalo, Wyoming, Mr. and Mrs. R.H. Suhr of Merriman, Nebraska, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Richards of Denver, Mr. and Mrs. J.D. Rinehart and children and Mr. and Mrs. Vern Long of Sterling, Mr. and Mrs. Rolly Arterburn and daughters, Barbara and Virginia, Harvey Locke and son, Lester, of Imperial, Nebraska and Mr. and Mrs. George Arnold and daughter, Nadine, of Wauneta, Nebraska.
