Surviving are a son, Robert Austin of Lafayette; two stepsons, Walter Wilson of Colorado Springs, Coro., and Jeff Wilson of Lafayette; a sister, Hattie Runkle of Route 3, Lafayette; 3 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, 7 step great-grandchildren.
